Let's Talk BlogTV Review
I've been directed to a website called Let's Talk BlogTV. It's a blogger site that seemed pretty interesting until I started reading the articles. I've noticed this site seems to be obsessed with child pornography and believes by taking screen shots and reporting this activity on BlogTV that they are doing something to end it. So let's take it subject by subject here.
Child pornography, every state defines this differently but all 50 states share the one common factor, possession=guilt. So Let's Talk BlogTV you admittedly poses child pornography and are guilty of it. It doesn't matter what you claim your reason for having these screen captures are, it means if you have them and children are naked you are a child pornographer. I don't believe I can type that in anymore simple language than this for you.
Now we move on to the issue of haters on the site, I notice they seem to censor the site rather well and post messages to themselves in the form of Anonymous users. I know this because I can read. It's easy to tell when people are praising their own actions or attempting to justify their wrong doing and Let's Talk BlogTV does this a lot. Why are posts removed that are legit Let's Talk BlogTV? Why do you claim to call anonymous users ball-less yet continue to post anonymously yourselves? Talk about a double standard.
The idiocy of the content, now not all the content is idiotic, Lorax's videos are rather amusing but that is about all. I noticed these fools believe they have a lie detector that they downloaded off the Internet and claim it works. Let's Talk BlogTV, here is another tip for you, Lie Detectors aren't even admissible as evidence in most states because they can be easily fooled and also a lie detector works of nerve impulses, something the Internet cannot provide so there is no tool online that can determine a lie or the truth so on this claim you are a failure and joke to the entire Internet world. Yet alone as you claim it determined that this person was fat? Did you email Richard Simmons on these findings, I think he would like this tool himself.
Now we move on to the so called Let's Talk BlogTV Staff. They claim they have a legal team which consist of Now Live trash that has been run off BlogTV for simply being total dumbfucks. If this website truly had a legal staff as they claim they would not be posting:
- Child Porn
- Threats, Slander and Libel
- Illegally obtained images
Well Let's Talk BlogTV we've busted you on a few issues so lets not stop here and continue on. Let's Talk BlogTV has another mission of shutting down BlogTV over what they feel is copyright infringements because of users showing Movies. So lets educate the legal staff of idiots from Let's Talk BlogTV, a Movie copyright is violated when the Movie is stolen or broad casted for monetary gain. Now I know your point is you believe because BlogTV gets paid by banner advertisers that they are being paid for content shown, this is simply not correct. BlogTV is being paid for advertising not content. A end user of a purchased DVD has the right to stream it online and allow it to be viewed for free by anyone as long as that end user is not charging a fee. You claim on your website you've emailed Fox over the Simpsons being played on BlogTV and I notice that show is still airing even though you claimed Fox told you it was illegal for it to be airing. Let's Talk BlogTV do you really have a legal staff? Because any lawyer even a schoolyard one in third grade could have told you this isn't illegal. The user showing this content is not violating any laws. It's the same as you sitting on Webcam and drinking a Coke or Pepsi or having Kid Rock playing in the background. You(the show host) are not profiting off the content so therefore you are not breaking copyright laws. Now if you wish to claim that BlogTV is actually paying host for their shows and prove this then you may have a issue or claim. But BlogTV does not pay show hosts, you and your crack legal staff have dreamed this story up also. Perhaps it was a "high" night?
Lets move on to the claims of broadcasters being paid. This is total fiction it has happened in the past but is not happening on BlogTV. Broadcasters are not being paid. Buck Hollywood did not admit to BlogTV paying him on CNN. Also Let's Talk BlogTV, you have violated copyright laws by posting the CNN Video on your website, it clearly states on cnn.com embedding of video content is not allowed without express written consent from CNN or it's partners and you have no permission since you did not display the required CNN disclaimers on your site. Sure BlogTV has a partner program now, so what, who cares? Let's Talk why do you care?
I'm closing this blog with a long rant on my feelings about Let's Talk BlogTV, you may not share the same views but unlike them we do not censor you and we allow your views posted here. First off Let's Talk BlogTV is a site run by a pack of idiotic people with a vendetta against BlogTV, they make this very clear in 99% of their posts and threads. Let's Talk BlogTV critics and flames anyone they choose but themselves hide within a tiny room believing they are "the law". I'm guessing by my personal experience this is a person who leads a very sheltered life, one with no job, no goals in life, limited education and a welfare or federal assisted income or both. I'm guessing they can barely make ends meet and are roaming the Internet on a 14+ year old PC that barely works. They've convinced themselves they are lawyers and the Chuck Norris' of the Internet when in all reality they are the Pee Wee Herman and our most laughed at individuals online. You expect the community to respect you yet you cannot even afford your own domain and web hosting? Actually it's rather cheap but your issue is the content you post and discuss is illegal, so tell us why you've had domains shut down and websites closed because of posting child porn and bogus slanderous articles. Do you idiots honestly feel that companies take you serious when you email them from Yahoo accounts? Not even Yahoo employees have yahoo.com email addresses you morons! You are a joke and typical cyber-retard who has been banished off BlogTV as being such and holds a grudge, move on fool there are plenty of cam sites that allow retards. I'm sorry BlogTV was smart enough to ban you and remove your trolling grounds on their forums but get over it already idiot. You believe you are high and mighty because Google has not removed your Blogger Account. Well guess what idiot, they don't remove accounts under FBI Investigations!
Let's Talk BlogTV please continue your website and please continue your legal and idiotic ramblings, we all enjoy you making a fool of yourself and threatening people. Just also remember when the FBI hauls you away for all the things you've claimed someone else has done that you read about it here first on BlogTV Assholes and Dumbfucks.
I give Let's Talk BlogTV a 10/10 in Assholes and 10/10 of Dumbfucks and award them Asshole and Dumbfuck of the year, it'd be hard if not impossible to top this clown.

We are sure you have heard about all the law suites over at the MySpace for this very same thing. and we do have screen shots. You may want to look up a few there.

I was informed to come here and view the Let's Talk BlogTV Website and determine my standpoint on things. I have noticed the following.
#1. Let's Talk BlogTV claims they get the screen captures from BlogTV so that make their possession of Child Pornography legal. Wrong, you have the image edited on your website only because it is against the Google ToS. The image is contained in full unedited version on your computer which legally makes you guilty of possession of Child Pornography. Let's Talk BlogTV you are not legally allowed to distribute screen captures of people obtained off BlogTV, it is copyright infringement and violation of privacy acts.
#2 You threaten numerous organizations with your bogus claims simply because you are obviously a disgtuntled BlogTV user, perhaps they banned you in the past? Perhaps for reasons you are so set against. You slander 2 certain individuals and call them "pedophiles" when in all reality you are the one posting the Child Pornography and possessing it.
#3. We posted the story simply because we knew it needed to be done since you do censor your comments and post comments under anonymous names to justify your collection and obsession with Child Pornography. As I have stated, we'll assist you in getting help as we all feel you need it. Child Pornography is a sickness and you really are in dire need of help.
Your attempts at destroying BlogTV alone are false and unjustified simply because you, yourself are the type of person BlogTV chooses to not have around. I sure hope you do realize all Google Blogs are backed up nightly and never destroyed, so there is evidence against you for all the above statements.

Anonymous, we appreciate your comment. We unlike Lets Talk BlogTV do not censor anyone nor do we report bullshit. Our site is the cold hard truth and we're sorry if that offends some BlogTV Users but perhaps they'll learn to add more content to their shows or step them up if they get poor reviews.
Yes we understand also they accuse people of being either Binko,Shawn or Whiteliar. We find this rather funny ourselves. It just shows everyone they are a very disgruntled and mentally challenged group of people and quite frankly we feel they need professional psychological help.
On the note of why hasn't Lets Talk BlogTV had anyone arrested yet. Well they simply cannot have anyone arrested because if they themselves file the report to bring charges their computer will be ceased and all the harassment,slander,libel and child pornography they've collected will be used as evidence against them. They may assuming that screen capturing a nude teen then censoring it to post online is ok but it is not. They obtained the image illegally and have the raw nude image on their PC. Formatting or deleting this doesn't remove it either. Law Enforcement has ways of getting the data back. Lets Talk BlogTV has been monitored now for sometime by authorities and I'd expect an arrest on them shortly after the 1st of the year for child pornography.
