First ones a news article posted in 2006
howie had volunteered for the salvation army but instead of actually helping the homeless he used the opportunity to use that time to make a youtube video of himself 'doing good deeds'

Next story was about the time howie was arrested outside a club, prolly acting like he was important there too, except this time hes in a city council meeting, during a council meeting howie pretended like he had something to add, instead he brought up a situation previous when howie was arrested for acting belligerant citing abuse and improper police handling
It definetly brings the lols, the videos have been made private now but you can see howie standing in the macon councils chambers

howies trying to build an entertainment business and what better way to do that then to raise funds online through people who are dumb enough to contribute to howies delusions
Before we go we just had to post some hilarious quotes from these stories

'The Salvation Army kicked a former television reporter out as a volunteer at a Thanksgiving dinner, saying he turned it into an opportunity to promote himself. Howie Handsel said he was there to lend a helping hand. But sheriff's deputies were asked to escort him out after he hammed it up for television crews and turned his camera on himself. Salvation Army officials noted that in four hours, Hansel served just two soft drinks.'

Howie is also looking for a Delorean....There are loads of things Howie is begging for on Google, the list just goes on and on, seems Howie is a true con-man at it's finest. Be careful here though or he'll sue you too LOL.
